We hope our stories give you some insight into who we are and why we chose to eat more plant-based meals. At the end of the day we hope to inspire you to eat more plants regularly.
Why Four Recipes?
We want you to feel this is doable without being overwhelmed. You can take it step-by-step, get your pantry sorted and weave more plant-based meals into your week. All our recipes are plant-based 100% because we believe it’s the best way to eat for our bodies, our planet and our animal friends.
Our cooking times are very much a guide only, cause let’s be honest we’re usually cooking AND helping with homework OR chatting to a friend OR racing to get the washing in. So our cooking times will vary from yours, just like the interruptions.
We do use oil in our recipes. If you are following a wholefood plant-based diet without oil simply sub out the oil with a little vegetable stock, wine, water.
