What payment options are available?
As our meal plan is a monthly subscription, $10 will be debited from your credit card on the same day every month with the first month’s payment coming out immediately after purchase. We use paypal to process our payments so you will be asked to create a free PayPal account at the time of purchase. Payment is in New Zealand dollars (equivalent to approximately US$6.42 and AU$9.48). Check current rates at www.xe.com
I am new to plant based eating. Can you give me some pointers on getting started?
What staple foods would you recommend having in your pantry at all times?
Our cooking times are very much a guide only, cause let’s be honest we’re usually cooking and helping with homework or chatting to a friend or racing to get the washing in. So our cooking times will vary from yours, just like the interruptions.
We do use oil in our recipes. If you are following a wholefood plant-based diet without oil simply sub out the oil with a little vegetable stock, wine, water.

Can I access past recipes via my login?
The previous weeks recipes will remain displayed for the following week. Then it will roll over so if you like the sound of something, save it as a PDF or print a copy.
